1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all premium subscription services purchased through Anonyaar.
As Anonyaar is a 100% digital platform, premium features are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
Accordingly, refunds are limited to the specific circumstances described in this policy.
2. Instant Digital Delivery
Premium features (e.g., filters, auto-connect, VIP access) are delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
Once delivered, the service is considered consumed and non-returnable.
3. General No-Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable once a premium plan has been successfully activated and delivered.
Users are encouraged to carefully review their plan selection before purchase.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Transactions – If the same plan is purchased multiple times by mistake.
Failed Transactions – If payment is deducted but premium features are not delivered due to technical errors.
Incorrect Charges – If the user is charged an incorrect amount or billed for a different plan than selected.
Fraudulent/Unauthorized Transactions – If a payment is proven to be unauthorized or fraudulent after investigation.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@anonyaar.com with the following details:
Your User ID
Payment reference/Order ID
Date, time, and plan purchased
Proof of payment (screenshot/receipt)
Our support team will review your request. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to bank/payment provider timelines.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Service already activated and consumed.
Expired subscription usage.
Violation of our Terms of Use (e.g., misuse, abuse, or illegal activity).
7. Cancellations
As delivery is digital and instant, cancellations are generally not possible once activation occurs.
Requests for cancellation of pending payments may be considered if the transaction has not yet been confirmed.
8. Adjustments
If the wrong plan was purchased, we may adjust the user’s account to the correct plan upon request and verification.
Adjustments are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
9. Grievance Redressal
All refund/cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
Resolutions will be provided within 7 working days, in line with RBI guidelines for digital payments.
10. Changes to Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time for clarity or compliance.
Continued use of Anonyaar after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
