1. Scope

This policy applies to all users purchasing premium subscription features through Anonyaar.
No physical shipping, courier, or logistics are involved. Anonyaar is a 100% digital platform, and all services are delivered online.


2. Digital Delivery (How You Receive Service)

  • Standard Access (Free): Available instantly without signup.

  • Premium Activation:

    • Triggered after successful payment confirmation and gateway verification.

    • Activation time is usually instant, up to 2 minutes.

    • Users will receive an in-app confirmation once premium features are active.


3. Order Processing & Timelines

  • Payments are processed in real time by our authorised payment partners.

  • In rare cases (e.g., network delays), activation may take up to 10 minutes.

  • If not delivered within 10 minutes, see Section 5 (Troubleshooting).


4. Delivery Regions & Availability

  • Digital access is available pan-India, wherever internet connectivity and payment services are supported.

  • If the platform or payment gateway experiences downtime in a region, delivery may be temporarily affected.


5. Troubleshooting (Not Delivered / Delayed)

If your premium activation has not completed after payment:

  1. Re-open the service and refresh.

  2. Check your payment receipt/status.

  3. Wait up to 10 minutes for payment gateway confirmation.

  4. If still not active, email support@anonyaar.com with:

    • Your User ID

    • Payment reference/Order ID

    • Date, time, and plan purchased

    • Proof of payment (screenshot/receipt)

Our support team will verify and either manually activate your plan or process a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


6. Incorrect Purchases & Duplicate Charges

  • If you purchased the wrong plan or see duplicate charges, contact us with proof.

  • After verification, we will either:

    • Activate the correct plan, or

    • Process a refund/adjustment as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


7. Pricing, Taxes & Invoices

  • All plan prices are displayed in INR.

  • Taxes may apply as per applicable laws.

  • Receipts/invoices are available upon request via email.


8. Subscription Duration & Expiry

  • Premium plans are time-bound (3 / 7 / 15 days).

  • Access auto-expires at the end of the purchased period.


9. Cancellations

  • Since delivery is digital and instant, cancellations are generally not possible once activated.

  • Accidental purchases or technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.


10. Changes to Policy

We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time for better clarity or compliance.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
